Licence Condition
Licensee must complete the outstanding program of works relating to electrical generators used across the Premises to achieve compliance with the Protection of the Environment Operations (Clean Air) Regulation 2021 (the Clean Air Regulation). The program may include, but need not be limited to: 1. Improving current emissions standards from electrical generators used across the Premises to achieve compliance with the Clean Air Regulation, or 2. Decommissioning electrical generators used across the Premises that are unable to achieve compliance with the Clean Air Regulation
By 9 February 2024, the Licensee must provide a report to the Manager Regulatory Operations Regional South detailing completion of Condition U2.1
Condition U2.1 relates to 1 unit at Marica that an SCR unit is required for.
