Background/Objective The objective of this PRP is to connect the Inghams Plant to the Sydney Water Corporation sewerage system, at the Bronzewing Street Sewage Pump Station 919. (SPS 919)
Methodology/Deliverables The licensee must complete the following works to enable the connection of the Premises to the Picton Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) via the Bronzewing SPS 919: Stage 1: Concept Plan and Design. This stage will encompass all concept planning and design. Key deliverables: Engage a Sydney Water Water Servicing Co-ordinator Develop the concept plan COMPLETION DATE: 30 March 2013 (Complete) Stage 2: Detailed Design, Approvals and Construction: This stage will encompass detailed design, obtaining necessary planning approvals, tendering for construction, the construction of the pipeline and the connection to Picton STP. COMPLETION DATE: 6 months from the date development consent is granted by Wollondilly Shire Council. Stage 3: Commissioning: The testing, sign off and operation of the sewer pipeline from the Premises to Picton STP. COMPLETION DATE: 2 months after the completion of construction. Stage 4: Post Commissioning Performance Review/Report: The licensee must provide a written report to the EPA that confirms that all objectives in PRP 7 and PRP 8 have been achieved. If any of the objectives have not been achieved, this report must provide a timetable to achieve the objectives. COMPLETION DATE: 3 months after the completion of commissioning.
