Start date:
07 Feb 2025
Licence Condition
1. By 28 February 2025, the licensee must remove and dispose of all rotting sludge material around the inlet of anaerobic pond 1. The licensee must also provide waste disposal dockets showing that the rotting sludge material has been disposed of at a facility that can lawfully receive it. 3. By 14 March 2025, the licensee must establish and provide the EPA with a maintenance program that details how anaerobic pond 1 will be maintained to prevent the build-up of solids and rotting sludge material in future. All documents required under this condition must be provided by electronic mail to info@epa.nsw.gov.au
