Licence Condition
The licensee must undertake an options assessment to identify potential system improvements and upgrades at the premises to mitigate odour generation. By no later than 5pm on 3 April 2025, the licensee must submit an options assessment report to the EPA by electronic mail at info@epa.nsw.gov.au. The options assessment must at a minimum, include: 1.  options that will significantly reduce the potential for odour generation from anaerobic pond’s 1 and 2. 2.  the option of installing a dissolved air flotation system and decommissioning the anaerobic ponds. 3.  a decision on the preferred option the licensee will take based on likelihood they will reduce odours being generated at the premises. For each action, a reasonable timeframe for implementation must be provided.
