Change registered email address

How it works

• Enter your registered (old) email address, and mobile number in the fields provided and click the "Get verification code" button.
• You will receive a verification code to the entered mobile number.
• You will then need to enter your new email address and a new password with this verification code and click the "Submit" button.
• The system will update your account with your new email address.
• Then you will be able to login to the Report to EPA portal with your new email address.
